Dr. Kwan’s patients are given the option of having surgery at our private and fully equipped in-office surgery center or at one of the finest hospitals in New York City. His in-office surgical suite is equipped with state of the art instrumentation including an Erbium-YAG laser, power-assisted liposuction and endoscopic tools. Dr. Kwan has a professional, personable and well-trained staff. The office facility is an AAAASF certified ambulatory surgery center with the capability to perform general anesthesia. All measures are taken to optimize patient comfort and safety. If patients require or request hospital care, New York Presbyterian-Cornell medical center is two short blocks away.
