Citysearch Reviews

1. Go to http://newyork.citysearch.com/members/start

2. If you have a Citysearch account, sign in with your user name and password.

3. If not click on Create New Account.

4. Complete the form to Register and check the box which says I agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy and click on Sign Up



5. An email has been sent to your mail account. Please follow the instructions in the email to confirm your account.

6. Once you click on the confirmation link in the mail you will be prompted to create a password.

7. Type a password and click on Submit.

8. Then you will be directed to your account.

9. Go to http://newyork.citysearch.com/profile/7154312/new_york_ny/edmund_kwan_m_d_.html

10. Click on the Write a Review button which is next to Read Reviews.

11. Type a Headline. Ex: Best Plastic Surgeon in New York City.

12. Select the star rating and write your review in the given text box and click on Publish your Review.
