Most people considering cosmetic surgery have similar motivations – they want to look refreshed and more youthful, improve facial or body symmetry, or enhance overall appearance. Patients of ethnic background are no different. However, they are becoming more aware of plastic surgery options developed specifically for their facial features and skin types. More than 3.2 million such procedures were performed in 2010, and increase of 243 percent of 2000, and the number continues to increase.
