Let It Flow by Edmund Kwan
Premature wrinkles. Chronic depression. Dry, lackluster skin. High blood pressure. What do all these things have in common? Poor blood flow! In Let It Flow, board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Edmund Kwan, guides you through life-changing tips to boost blood flow, so your cells get the oxygen and nutrients they need to be healthy.
In his 25-plus years treating diverse patients, Dr. Kwan found that many who sought his cosmetic expertise for external concerns had deeper, internal medical issues. With a few easy and budget-friendly modifications, Dr. Kwan empowered those patients to not only look better on the outside but to become better (healthier!) on the inside over the long haul. As revealed in Let It Flow, you don’t have to be a gym rat to improve circulation, overall wellness, and skin quality, texture, and color. Find out how even the small things, like cleaning your car, can add up to big gains: getting blood flowing and skin glowing.
Get going, blood flowing, and skin glowing. Your circulatory system is at the heart of a vibrant visage and youthful vigor … Let It Flow!
From Dr. Kwang Myung:
Dr. Kwan has been going on medical missions for more than 10 years now. He has performed surgeries in hospitals in remote places such as Honduras, Peru, Tanzania ,and most recently the Amazon in Brazil. Dr. Kwan even performed surgeries out in the field during medical missions. He can basically work anywhere. Not only are his surgical skills incredible but his heart is passionate for these people living in underprivileged countries. He is humble and kind. He always says I can do whatever you ask of me. It doesn't have to be surgery but he sees patients and hands out vitamins and antibiotics. He really change people's lives. Dr. Kwan takes time to teach potential medical students too. It has been an honor to work with him.

This new book essential for all health conscious people everywhere!
This new book by Dr. Kwan has the potential to change the way you eat, exercise, deal with stress, and perceive and process information relevant to your health and longevity indelibly. As a specialist in cardiovascular medicine and surgery, I applaud both the scope and depth of information as well as the informal language and format, which make it completely accessible to people of all walks of life, familiar of unfamiliar with medical science.I personally read it a chapter at a time, took notes, and refer back to it frequently.
It was a pleasure to read, and I am passing it on to family and friends.

Eye opening & fascinating...an informative book about healthy living!
This book by Dr. Kwan is a must-read. There is so much research packed into one book about different types of foods and information about different types of diseases. The stories woven into this book is so fascinating and interesting. The book is easily divided so that you can read section by section depending on your interest and need. It has helped me make better choices about what I eat on a daily basis.
Book changed my life!
I am reading the book and it has totally changed the way I think about food, exercise and lifestyle. It is full of facts but also easy to read so I don't feel like I am reading a textbook. It is a very thought provoking read and just what I needed as i am getting older and more concerned about my health.
Informative and applicable for everyone to improve quality of life
The approach of directly linking the efficiency of the circulatory system to a healthy (not only physical, but mental as well) quality of life was not one that I was familiar with. I was aware of the dangers of sugar in trying to maintain a healthy weight, but it is interesting to see it also exposed as detrimental to so many other areas including our blood flow. I do not have any type of medical background, but Dr. Kwan writes in an easy to comprehend style. The book includes helpful highlighted Tips throughout that are informative and summarize steps that can be taken to become healthier and improve the blood flow.
A great guide to follow, after following the concepts outlined in the book ( I started 12 months ago) I'm down twenty eight pounds, losing about 2 lbs per month and two inches in my waist. My suggestion is to follow Dr. Kwan's outline, you will not regret it.
